I can really feel the dawn in this... Love how it subtly develops and how you use those beautiful dissonances to color it... A lot of depth and complexity of feeling here.  Very talented pianist!

Inspiration:

Getting married is something that I have always looked forward to. With that comes a day that lives on in the fond memories of the people that experience the joy of a wedding. I have yet to experience it and hopefully I will be able to one day in the future.
 
This song is something I wrote to play on my wedding one day. It is something that I wrote for the wedding processional, when the bride walks down the aisle. It is my expression of the emotions that will be present within me as I look at the woman I will spend my life with walking towards me. 

An overwhelming feeling of hopefulness and possibility are the sources of my inspiration for this song. To face the world and start a journey together knowing you are not alone, that you are loved, are all concepts that I have tried to weave into the song. The joy and possibility that we all feel on our weddings are emotions that I have tried to capture when thinking of the feelings I wanted to evoke within not just myself, but those sharing in that moment. 

I do plan on revising it later to fill it up more but I am just excited to share what I have done thus far.
