Techno is colourful.

We are LAPS Recordings, a young, growing Techno Label from Germany! The name "LAPS" is an acronym containing the initials of our 4 founding members. At the same time it highlights the concept of time, which is a topic all our productions will revolve around! 

Coming from very different musical backgrounds, the core substance of our label sound revolves around dark, energetic and emotional melodies, forceful kickdrums and driving basslines. Those main topics reappear in all of our productions, but so do the individual tastes of all founding members.

Simon Rivera // SRVR
Started since the young age at 13 years old, playing from friend's parties till reaching in 2018 best clubs across north-east Italy and whole Europe important stages like Liberation040 and ADE in 2022. 
After long time, he decided to start a new challenge and in 2024 released his side project SRVR where he releases all the hard techno, hardcore and all his hard dance production and collaboration under important labels like Emperor Recordings, Let's Techno Records and Furrier Records, making collaboration together with his mates from Italy and across the globe. 
At this moment, he launched his event concept COSMIC Events together with his crew in Perth gaining good feedbacks and positive responses from the crowd, artists and promoters from Australia. Right now Simon Rivera after 1 year of break is crafting new sound and new vision bringing his sound to the next level.

Van Kost is based in Berlin  and Founder of the Gleis 44 Club in South-Germany.
His playstyle as well as his production-style covers a very broad range from Melodic-Techno, over groovie Organic House to Ambient, Breakbeat and UK-Techno influenced sounds. He is clearly an experimentalist and gets his energy from exploring new soundscapes.
