Spent a lot of time
Telling stories to myself
Reading off the old books
On my shelf
Read about silence and I read about hate
Read about silence and all the sounds that its makes

Elle avait la blondeur des blés il avait l’allure nonchalante 
Elle aimait son cynisme il aimait sa nature insouciante 
Elle nourrissait pour lui une passion grandissante

La vie était douce, la complicité était née
Même si leurs différences les ralentissaient
Leurs seuls points communs sont les sentiments qu’ils ont aimé tisser
Entre la rayonnante et le flegmatique l’amour est métissé

Par la complémentarité

C’est l’équilibre qu’elle voulait atteindre
Elle se sentait libre sans besoin de le feindre

Quand t’as vu l’immondice, l’abjecte et le vice

Quand la femme est désordonnée l’homme est souvent en abscisse

Ça y est, sa confiance en elle s’était évaporée
Celle qui était le zénith elle n’était plus qu’une pale lueur d’été
Il vit que la douceur de ses traits avaient fait place à l’anxiété
Mais il ne comprit pas que de sa dignité elle était dépossédée

Elle n’osait plus le regarder, elle errait sans arrêt
refusait l’intimité qu’elle le voyait chercher 
Il était inquiet mais vexé, pour une fois devant cette moue impuissant
Malgré son coté distant il s’y était attaché

Parfois la vie bat son plein, t’es serein 
Mais c’était sans compter l’inhumanité des humains
Tu fais ton bout de chemin entre les orties et les ronces
Tu cherches le pourquoi du comment mais tes questions restent sans réponse 

Toutes les fables les passent au crible
Toutes les femmes en sont les cibles
Des incivilités nocives aux attentions lascives

C’était un soir de décembre, 
Elle rentrait seule en pleine nuit après une querelle avec son cher et tendre
C’était tapis dans l’obscurité que le mal rodait
Perdue dans ses pensées elle fut bientôt perdue à tout jamais
