 Over time I discovered that perfection is the best thing I can do at the moment, with the resources I have available, and the most important thing: the enjoyment of the process. This is the second music I have produced at home with Ableton Live, vocals and instruments. Between this and the first there is a huge leap, quantum I would say. Here I am still in my self-teaching process, pressing buttons and learning every day. And how happy I am, with this perfect imperfection.

 Con el tiempo fui descubriendo que la  perfección es lo mejor que puedo hacer en el momento, con los recursos que tengo disponibles, y lo más importante: el goce del proceso.  Esta es la segunda música que produzco en casa con el Ableton Live, voz e instrumentos. Entre esta y la primera hay un salto enorme, cuántico diría yo. Aquí sigo en mi proceso auto didacta, tocando botones y aprendiendo cada día.  Y que feliz Soy, con esta perfecta imperfección.

Satori returns to Crosstown Rebels with his atmospheric album MAKTUB . Born to Serbian and South African parents, he has created a twelve track masterpiece that will linger in your memory long after it finishes.

When recording this album, I rented a farm in Belgium and locked myself away. I disconnected from the world and was completely alone for one month, with only my music for company. I didn't want to make 'just an album', with some cool beats and world music samples. It had to be an experience.

The fourth compilation released by Heimlich Musik consists of 15 tracks showing the broadest range of all compilations so far. With the idea to represent the whole musical spectrum that Heimlich stands for, the label sticks to combining newcomers, old and new friends as well as well-established artists. Daniel Steinfels starts off an episode of trippy elements followed by tracks from artists such as Arutani and Hobta, just to name a few, who pick up this idea of spacy synth elements. The first psychedelic episode is followed by rather organic interpretations from artists such as Ulisses, Xique-Xique and many more that drive the compilation to South America and right back again without forgetting about the latest Disco-ish side of the Heimlich imprint featuring a track by the infamous Janefondas. El Remolon is completing the journey by finishing it with a piece that is keeping up the trippy first part while including elements influenced by Regaton and Cumbia.
