Sebastián co-runs @SutroFM, a platform based in San Fransisco who promote underground music and artists, both established and up and coming, through their regular programming & events. He lives for building community through music in the Bay Area & beyond and he is a key force in tirelessly supporting the DIY scene, regularly contributing to club nights & renegade parties, under a number of banners and collectives.

Beltrac’s production morphs between downtempo, trance inspired cuts, dub-infused atmospheric groovers, to high energy prog-laded heaters, all whilst keeping a familiar thread throughout. Cutting his teeth in the multi-genre chaos of Oakland’s noise scene & the underground spirit of Bay Area raves, LA-based hardware performer, DJ & renegade enthusiast Danny Lewis @residualbirth is a seeker of otherworldly sounds, harnessing joy & connection in every set. Drawn to the sounds of Australia’s underground rarely heard in the States, he spent time in Naarm connecting into and exploring a music culture where genre-blurring journeys and nature-bound dance floors are abundant. 

Beyond the dance floor, Danny champions the transformative power of shared experiences through music, moments that foster genuine community & connection, sparking socially conscious conversations, allowing a party’s energy to ripple far beyond the final track. Madloch's 3rd Avenue welcomes Greek producer ThinkDeep for his label debut with the Burning Secrets EP. Based in Athens, ThinkDeep has been steadily building his reputation in the progressive house scene with carefully crafted productions that balance melody and depth. The EP features three originals, Burning Secrets, Fading, and Memory Lane, each highlighting his refined sense for groove and atmosphere.

Previously, ThinkDeep appeared on Future Avenue, where his music quickly caught attention, paving the way for this first outing on the parent label. His wider discography also includes releases on respected imprints such as Clubsonica Records, Audiolael Music, Stellar Black, Dopamine White, and Another Life Music, establishing him as a promising name to watch in the genre.

ThinkDeep - Memory Lane [3rd Avenue]

Our tenth installment of the podcast was an unforeseen and unplanned one. Often, the unforeseen, unexpected, and unplanned are unsettling, but in this case, they brought an unbelievable musical journey. We want to welcome Manfredas from our 10th installment. A bespoke selector with a musical knowledge that would fill several musical libraries, he kindly extended his Saigonese soiree and filled our Sunday session with great joy. Expect a mix that meanders, accelerates, and wanes, all over the course of 90 minutes. An unimaginable journey between genres, tempos, musical styles, and directions, showcasing the versatility of Manfredas.

Another snapshot from our night with @escalator-to-nowhere in May 2025. Half-human, half-AI hallucination, @dreamsoftwarecorp floats in like a digital cloud formation. The first half rains down pixelated cascades of ambient techno, while the second introduces heavier textures with wriggling 303s pulling you through like cilia to the other side.

Live from Neukölln: we continue for the next hour with Stella Z.

The fire at the center of the floor was more signal than warmth against the countryside chill. Sparks shot upward into the night as dancers circled around, bodies locked into the pulse spilling from the booth. Above Below Festival thrives on these elemental juxtapositions: a rural valley transformed into a site of intensity, a cocoon-like booth channeling waves of sound that felt larger than the space itself. With every kick drum, the edges of the night blurred, and for hours the crowd existed in a suspended orbit around light, heat, and rhythm.

It was here that Timesplitters, Jake and Pat, took hold. Their set drove forward on cavernous bass, but the force alone wasn’t what bound the floor; it was the shifting mid-range voices, synth lines and melodic sequences mutating like smoke from the fire, wrapping dancers in a narrative of tension and release. They approached the set less as selectors and more as authors, tracing the night with a balance of discipline and wildness. Despite their name, there was no split in time, only the sense of one continuous current, shared in firelight, smiles, and unbroken motion.

the dust has only just settled on summer 2025, with cosy season being invited in with a warm embrace and we’re already looking back fondly at the memories made and the dancefloors shared across the past three months. one of those moments is the idyllic kune festival who we will be teaming up with for the next few weeks to share sets and stories from their fifth edition. for the first time ever, they’ve filmed some of these moments to be shared with you all, taking a deeper glimpse into the scenes, sounds and style of this stunning weekend. 

kune is nestled within one of europe’s most unique festival locations, ungdomsøen, a former sea fortress turned cultural playground that is just 30 minutes by boat from copenhagen. historic bunkers become listening rooms, old stone courtyards turn into dancefloors and the sea-facing hills offer a moment of respite from the stimulating surroundings. creating an isolated utopia that fully allows their guests to escape from the hustle and bustle of their normal lives, kune has quietly grown over the last five years, drawing a crowd of open-minded individuals that nurtures and pushes arts and culture forward. this is created through their diverse musical programming that caters to the curious with this year’s lineup featuring loek frey, woody92, peachlyfe, hewan aman, hannah d, sunju hargun, martinou, sybil, shjva, reptant and more alongside a packed arts and activities programme. 

so welcome to the world of kune festival. 

for the first edition of this takeover we have berlin-via-denmark dj and promoter tania just, one of the co-founders of the esteemed party series, fandango. moving to berlin in 2014, tania was introduced to the playful sensibilities and spirited mindset of the city’s nightlife scene. finding her crew who showed her the ropes and all that the city had to offer, tania cut her teeth in the local scene by attending the legendary cocktail d’amore parties at the shuttered griessmuehle, learning everything she needs to know about this new world she was being introduced to. drawing from these influences, tania is known for sleazy basslines, dreamy vocals, and cheeky twists that blur the lines between ‘90s house, early tech house, and progressive cuts.

since moving to berlin, she has gone on to run the gorgeous fandango parties alongside dave murrin and mark gill, which has quickly become a cornerstone in the local scene. i ended up at one of their parties spontaneously a few summers ago, arriving early in the morning to catch ccl warming things up for the day ahead and it was one of my fondest memories of that season, dancing throughout the day and exploring all the cute little nooks their unique location has to offer (kindred spirits with kune perhaps?) 

speaking about kune, this year, tania played the serene beach stage and touching on her relationship with the festival, she says, “i love kune! i first went 4 years ago, and it really opened my eyes to a more open-minded and diverse side of denmark that i had never experienced before. i met a lot of people there who today are close friends of mine, so it meant a lot to be invited to play this year.”

Great Minds

After their debut with "Sakura", FINNEST presents "Feel Me In Your Soul" by Kevin Deep, in their first reference of their division "Groovy Series" On side A, we find "Feel Me In Your Soul", a very pretty minimal house with a groove full of energy and movement accompanied by some hot melodies, the main element, the vocal is super sexy, it takes you to a point of no return from which you do not want to leave. Like B-side, "Pad Love", as its name says, magical pads accompanied by a very deep bassline, this time with a more crunchy groove and an elegant vocal that makes you feel like you are in the clouds, the vibe is soft. In general, a very solid maxi for the presentation of "Groovy Series", this great release by our friend Canario, cannot be missing from your playlist.

welcome back to our collaboration with denmark’s kune festival where we will be sharing the sets and stories from their fifth edition earlier this year - taking a deeper dive into the scenes, sounds and style of the festival. 

for the second edition we’re putting the spotlight on århus tastemaker c.k who played twice during the festival and for this takeover we’re broadcasting his beautiful nighttime journey at the space stage.

a renowned producer and dj, known for delivering timeless & classy house music that has resulted in a recognisable ‘århus sound’ and making the city one of the vibrant when it comes to grassroots underground music. a man with many hats, c.k runs the prs record label, the vinyl distribution outlet safe distribution, the self-released safe radio output where c.k dives deeper into his record collection to show the full breadth of his influences and music that he’s loving at the moment (the most recent show was over 5 hours!) and has garnered a cult following as well as releasing tracks under various monikers (including his work with 2 bit crew and as part of the regelbau collective). a complete dedication to his craft and music as a whole, as you’ll discover when reading through the interview below, noting music is his main source of inspiration, “it comes in all forms”.
