My take on the classic from Led Zeppelin one of my favorite albums. I humbly try to cover a tune from the legendary Robert Plant  and Jimmy Page on the acoustic guitar. Well let's give it a go......A song I love to sing. One of my personal favorites.

A bit of background on the tune....."Jimmy Page and Robert Plant wrote this song, drawing inspiration from Joni Mitchell, specifically her song "California." Mitchell lived in the musically fertile but earthquake-prone Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles; "California" finds her recalling her adventures on a trip to Europe but looking forward to a return home. In "Going To California," Plant plays the part of a guy who's looking to leave his no-good woman behind and make a fresh start in California.

Page and Plant were both enthralled by Joni Mitchell's songwriting; in "Going To California," the guy in the song is looking for a girl just like her, one with "love in her eyes and flowers in her hair" who "plays guitar and cries and sings."                Songfacts

Well, i make music with computer from 20 years and in the past i used music maker magic Cd and Packard Bell. After from 2010 i played in a local band in Lodi, ita that closed during covid...We played melodic rock and i did sound technic with keyboards....🥂
Now i enjoy to create with different apps and remaster with digital studio on line  my tracks but i don't forget to ask a few friends to do jam sessions  in a garage and play original our songs and news🤷🙋🏻‍♂️

The amount of attention, my music receives continues to amaze me!A big thank you to everyone of my listeners, and of course, those of you who ￼ have chosen to follow me! Five years ago, I lost the love of my life to ovarian cancer, so that also makes me a widower. And oh yes… i’ve been blind for over 36 years! in spite of all that, exciting adventures, new experiences and love continue to fill my life with joy! I have enjoyed music for as long as I can remember and cannot remember a day of not either singing or listening to music. I am self-taught when it comes to playing guitar but what I most enjoy is singing which I have been doing since around age 18. Now retired singing and playing the guitar is now just a hobby and something I do to help pass the time. Have always  loved the sound of a Martin guitar.
