very much enjoyed the twists and turns of this sonic journey - great chord sequences! the last section from around 4.50 has a bit of a rock vibe which finishes the piece wonderfully!

The railroad track was a starting point, which resulted in lots of arpeggios and synth-elements that move in and out of the song.

Don't know why, maybe it's because I really dig "regular" pop songs, so I always tend to use A/B and C sections in a track. There's some slight build-up, but all in all tried to keep the harmonies 'hanging' on the rhythm of the railroad 🙂

■概要
冒険に出かけたしろちゃんは、最初に海に行きました。
しろちゃんは、船舶免許を取得したばかりの男のボートにこっそりと忍び込みます。
しかし、沖に行くと突然海が荒れ始め、ボートが転覆してしまいます。
それで、しろちゃんは海に投げ出されてしまいます。
(船舶免許を取得したばかりの男は何とか救助隊に助けられました)

しろちゃんはボートの中にあった潜水服を着ましたが、海の底へと沈んで行ってしまいました。

そこには恐ろしい海の魔物、ダイオウイカがいて、しろちゃんに襲い掛かります！
ダイオウイカは強烈なビームを一分間に180回出すことができます！
しろちゃんとダイオウイカの、高速な戦いが始まる・・しろちゃんの夏はまだ終わらない！

■Overview
Shiro-chang  first went to the sea as the starting point for her adventure.
Shiro-chang  sneaks onto the boat of a man who has just gotten his boat license.
However, when they go offshore, the sea suddenly becomes rough and the boat capsizes.
As a result, Shiro-chang  is thrown into the sea.
(The man, who had just obtained his boat license, managed to be saved by a rescue team.)

Shiro-chang  put on a diving suit that was in the boat, but it sank to the bottom of the sea.

There is a terrifying sea monster, a giant squid, and it attacks Shiro-chang !
Giant squid can emit intense beams 180 times per minute!
A high-speed battle between Shiro-chang  and the giant squid begins... Shiro-chang 's summer isn't over yet!

Elektra - Complete Miracle
Is the first piece from a trilogy.
Elektra is a female character from Greek mythology, originating in antiquity and handed down by Sophocles and Homer.

The story:
After the victorious war against Troy, Agamemnon had returned to Mycenae and was killed there by his wife Clytemnestra and her lover Aegisth. At this time, his daughter Electra had taken her younger brother Orest to a carer who was supposed to raise him to be his father's future avenger. Since then, Elektra has lived a life in which the only thing she longs for is the moment of revenge. When the rumour of Orest's death makes the rounds, she wants to commit the murder herself. She urges her sister Chrysothemis in vain to help her, when suddenly a stranger appears: it is Orest. Elektra sees herself at the goal of her dreams.

Nach dem siegreichen Krieg gegen Troja war Agamemnon nach Mykene zurückgekehrt und dort von seiner Frau Klytämnestra und ihrem Geliebten Aegisth getötet worden. This is a song that JJ created late one Saturday night on the piano, drums, bass, and guitar. He then presented it to the rest of the Eclectic Collective so we could do our thing with it. Josh replaced JJ's rough bass with his interpretation of the line as soon as Ken replaced the drums with his interpretation of the beat. Interestingly, Ravel's Bolero had a lot to do with the inspiration for the second part of the song. After the rhythm section was done, we turned it over to Stephen, who came up with some really subtle, yet much needed guitar lines. 

 We then turned it over to our relatively new collaborator, Mark, who came up with the lyrics and vocals. This is a lyrical and vocal songwriting debut for Mark, who was inspired by his very first listen to JJ's rough draft. Thus, this song is extra special for him.  

Mark's lyrics are about our Earthly relatives in the far distant future. At that point life on Earth will have just about reached its limits, and so mankind embarks on a journey through space to find another place to call home.

We all hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we did creating it.

I returned after the hearing loss (deaf in the right ear) and a long abstinence to electronic music in 2014/16.
While I used to make music exclusively on hardware synthesizers in my early days, a number of virtual instruments are now in use. My DAW is Ableton Live with a lot of Plugins ;-)
For many years, I have only been able to hear on one hearing. This makes it difficult for me to mix them but I give my best.
Besides music, photography is my great passion, that's also where my artist name comes from. Therefore all pictures and photos that can be seen on Sondcloud are my own work.
