This organic, vegan, raw and gluten free oasis of healthy eating will surprise you with its flavorful and substantial offerings. Amber has a fascinating story that includes a lot of music, travel and culinary stories that are worth a listen.

If there were ever a LTP guest that could play equally well in TC and Detroit, it would have to be Kaleidoscope restaurant in Lake, MI. It is almost equidistant to both, just off the 10 and a perfect pit stop for folks heading to the NW corner of MI. I’m joined by co-owner Sarah Ebaugh who runs it with her husband Ken Ebaugh who just happens to sing opera on the side. Their menu is really good and a Sarah has a fun story to share.
