A legendary west coast selector also known as the designer behind clothing brand Rythmatix, Mr. Wu has been a fave DJ of the crew for almost a decade. Calling his clothing ‘a study in visual rhythms’, his DJ mixes could be called ‘a dance through sonic imagery’. The storytelling is key— from rappers with evocative lyrics in the tracks, to the intersecting narratives connecting Mr. Wu’s diverse yet distilled multi-genre sonic sensibilities. The journey continues this year.  Initially I wasn't going to go to Shambhala this year even though I was the last of my friends to believe that.

Feeling wanted and included has always been a trauma I have faced and still struggle with.  This year however, that feeling, while still present has diminished quite a lot.  This set is an example of this.   My friend Rosso instantly slotting me in last minute for a slot at the Rabbit Hole when I decided to come because he knew I was going to come the whole time.  Thank you.
