Jazz (excerpts)

Live recording of my set at StromWandlungSchall IV / Altes Schlachthaus Mosbach.

An improvisation on Paetzold contrabass recorder, processed by a Pure Data patch, together with a pre-recording of Ciat-Lonbarde Peterlin, table top guitar, samples of bells, and processed voice.

The piece is intended as a walk through a landscape of sounds, reflecting on the different meanings of "Wandlung" (transition/transformation/transfiguration/transsubstantiation).

Huge thanks to Thomas Breuer @vactrolog for organizing this fantastic event which showed the wealth of positions in electronic music!

Raumklang Eins is a totally new sound concept. Every piece was entirely made inside specific rooms and recorded directly on location using a pair of Lewitt Audio LCT 340 in ORTF configuration. All sounds were generated and performed with an analog modular system and there was a quadrophonic sound exposure.
