Hvolf is the new album by Icelandic band Stereo Hypnosis, out on Canadian downtempo label Interchill October 8 2021 on limited cd. 
The tracks were recorded and mixed in Reykjavik in 2020. They have a distinct and refreshing edge, and arrangements that get quickly to the essence of each track.   The album speaks of Iceland’s rich natural world, beautiful open spaces, myth and mystery, long winters and patience, and an almost obsessive devotion to high quality audio.   There's a cinematic and epic quality to this music, and the band perform their material live. Hvolf is an album that reflects a people and a place, and clearly stands out from the noise.  Two digital only singles, Barur and Hvarf are accompanied by remixes from Hibernation and also Greg Hunter.

Father and son – Óskar Thorarensen  Pan Thorarensen and Thorkell Atlasson form the electronic trio Stereo Hypnosis.  
The trio was stabilized, between field recording and photo sessions in the remote island Flatey (2006).  They have an organic sound, serene and down tempo – electronic climbing the Icelandic unforgiving highlands.
Stereo Hypnosis has released seven albums, all of which have received excellent reviews, both in Iceland and abroad. Pan and Oskar, have combined over forty years of musical career in Iceland, and are well know and respected for their works.  For the past twelve years Stereo Hypnosis have been touring various countries around the Globe. They are also leading promoters in the Icelandic Electronic scene and founders of "Extreme Chill," an annual electronic music festival which has drawn both local and foreign electronic music enthusiasts into the amber embrace of Icelandic nature.
Þorkell has been involved in classical contemporary music and pop music from his young age. He has worked as a composer and electronic musician in  Rotterdam Holland and also he studied classical guitar. His works have been performed all around Europe and America.
Stereo Hypnosis has traveled and exhibited the art across the world, performing at multiple music festivals- and during these travels, they have bonded with countless musicians, visual artists, agents, reporters and event planners.

SANDESH Bio ......
Sandesh has been involved in the music world since more then 3 decades.
In the 90s he was playing and sharing his tunes and vibe in events within the Osho Commune international Ashram in Pune as well as in beaches and parties in Goa, at that time mixing on DAT tapes and Minidisks.
Music collector and researcher, from pop music until the latest innovative underground passing through all the possible ranges and styles, he has explored them all!!
After a gap in the early 2000's exploring different realms of his creative expressions, he has been deeply involved in the music scene in Asia, sharing his passion in International festivals and Jungles Parties as well as Clubs and many other kind of events
He is constantly pushing the limits of what is playable creating “journeys” full of surprises. His various and versatile style can fit any crowd at any hour on any kind of event!
He silently contributed to the expansion of Ecstatic Dance Movement in Asia being one of the first to bring it to the now famous Bali Yoga Barn in early 2000s and subsequently on the Island of Koh Phangan - Thailand giving birth first to the event “Rise Ecstatic Dance" at Pyramid Yoga and subsequently managing and curating the established Fridays Ecstatic dances at Jaran's Yoga.
In both cases the concept and the events he created has grown exponentially up to the point that are now well established in the Ecstatic Dance scene worldwide attracting hundreds of dancers from all over the planet.
He plays music in a very versatile and various ways such that his alter-ego named Psymbiosis is present in the Psy Trance international scene worldwide sharing his passion and his vibrant energy.
When asked he uses to say of himself: “If you know me I need no introduction.... If you don't know me you can ask to those who do know me!!! ... Sharing Love & Passion through music at 360°”

Безумно рада презентовать свой новый трек 🔮 Sacred Tribe, который недавно вышел в моем сборнике на Mystic Sound Records. Поведаю историю этого трека - несколько лет назад я попала на занятие по танцам в стиле #tribalfusion и внутри меня что-то словно переключилось и началась новая история.. Плавные движения руками и бедрами под музыку рождали неведомое прежде особое 🌀 состояние, в которое также можно было погрузить зрителя. Это состояние подарило мне новые звуки, которые я собрала в композицию и вот, наконец, я могу передать вдохновение прямо в ваши ушки! Благодарю своих учителей!
