Hello, this is Jane Ma’ati Smith. Please try this in a private place, where you will have no distractions. Also, to keep distractions at a minimum, and to take advantage of the binaural beats incorporated into this audio, please use head phones, though this is not necessary.

Let me begin by saying, You should not listen to this program, while driving, while using dangerous equipment, or at any time your full attention is required, such as while cooking or supervising small children. In addition, please do not use this program while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you suffer from a serious mental disorder, due to the binaural beat nature of this program. If you suffer from any of these conditions, please use this program without headphones. 

Now, you might be asking yourself, what are binaural beats? Well first, get yourself comfortable, in a chair, or on the sofa, or in your bed….. just begin to relax, while I tell you a little bit about this. And by the way, you must us headphones for the binaural beats to be effective.

Binuaral beats are a unique phenomenon of the human brain. When a slightly different tone is played into each ear, the brain combines the two to create a third…. This is the tone you will hear, right in the center of your head…. Do you hear it? Right in the center of your head? Humming? Do you notice it?



The purpose of hypnosis is to reach the subconscious mind, and attempt to change our mental programs. Now, there is a part of your mind, the part of your mind that is listening to my voice right now, that knows how to make changes in your conscious mind, and even in you physical body. 

Just relax, and feel the tensions leaving your body (pause) This part of your brain knows how to relax…. Relax so deeply….. that you can actually reach your subconscious mind, and make ANY CHANGES THAT YOU WANT. This part of your brain is very powerful, and amazingly wise. And as you listen to the tone, right in the center of your head, allow this part of your mind to take over, and all you have to do is just pretend…. To imagine….. that every muscle in and around your eyes are so relaxed, that they are stuck closed. In fact, the harder you try to open them, the more difficult it becomes. Your eyes are soooo relaxed, they begin to roll up, under your eyelids. And that feeling of relaxation begins to drift over your head, and over your shoulders…. Just pretend and imagine, and let that part of your mind begin to do it’s work, that sense of relaxation moving down to your back, and over your entire body, so that every muscle, every fiber, every nerve of your body becomes wonderfully loose and limp.

That’s it. And every word that I say, and every breath that you take, takes you more deeply relaxed. And the deeper relaxed you go, the better you feel, and the better you feel, the deeper you will go. 

Now, I would like you to direct your attention to your hands. Begin to get a sense of what they might feel like, when they are really start to feel comfortable. (pause) Just pretend, and imagine, that your fingertips are like faucets, feel your hands…. Warm and pulsing…. And just pretend, and imagine, all the tensions draining out…… through your fingertips….

When you reach this deeply relaxed, centered place in your mind, you will realize, that you can achieve anything you desire, simply by attaining the right mindset.

You see warm light coming into your body and filling you up…..giving you positive, loving energy. ....You are filled with joy …You are powerful … You have the power to change negative thoughts into positive thoughts…You have the wisdom to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts…… You think positive thoughts…Whenever you hear yourself making a negative statement…in your head….or out loud, whenever you hear yourself making a negative statement about your abilities, …..about your opportunities…about your health, wealth or joy,…. you will stop the thought immediately …You will say “cancel”… and your brain replacing it with a positive thought… You will always speak positively about yourself  ……positively about others… You can see yourself at work, thinking good thoughts, speaking kind words about yourself… You can see yourself at home, every morning, … getting out of bed. ..speaking to yourself words of encouragement and empowerment. You are a powerful, loving person, filled with joy. .. You think positive thoughts. .. You are proud of the positive changes you have made…You feel happiness all day long. 
And now, I want you to imagine a big, bright, beautiful ball of your own energy, your own healthy, healing energy, right above your head. Just pretend, and feel it….. warm, glowing, as it gathers and builds itself, like the Sun.
 And when you are ready, allow this ball of your own healing energy to flow down through the top of your head, filling your body….. flowing down through your arms….. filling your heart…… and flowing down through your body, filling your legs, filling your feet, then back down deep, to the center of the Earth. 

If you wish, you can continue in this relaxed state, and fall into a deep, refreshing sleep, or you can wake up, and begin a new day.

Counting five, coming up…. Four, filling with energy, three, fully refreshed, two, opening your eyes, and one, ready to start a new day!
