“Aeska” or better known as Aleksandra Antonijevic is an aspiring DJ and Producer based in JHB, South Africa. 

Her sound is mainly centered on a foundation of groovy and boisterous rhythms with fast frequencies and unique sonic oscillations as well as gritty deep and driving tunnels channeled from her Eastern European roots. Her sound is influenced by a few well known DJ’s and producers such as Franz Jager, Terminus, Jeff Mills, Stef Mendesitis, Alarico and many others. She maintains her goal to work hard and contribute persistently to the techno scene in order to establish herself as a well-known artist. She believes that music should be a journey, uniting the dance floor in intangible and unimaginable ways.

Brenda is a Chicago-based techno DJ. She is A&R for Format Recordings, resident DJ and co-producer of their weekly techno podcast series, Format.FM, and joint curator of the Format underground warehouse event series. A classically trained pianist and saxophonist, her expansive understanding of structure and rhythm allows her to draw inspiration from all kinds of music, from soulful jazz to dark, gritty drum and bass. Brenda’s talent for laying down everything from pulsing ethereal beats to jackin’ stompers demonstrate her versatility all while maintaining consistent themes of darker, harder techno.
