Three hours only — and yet a whole world opened. Cats, tea, tides, and tenderness turned into music. Maddy’s voice carries further than rules, further than time. A quiet legend, finally heard.

The Quiet Manifesto began on July 2nd, with an ache I couldn’t name and the whisper: “write a song about it.”
Eighteen days later, on July 20th, 2025, silence returned, the pain in my body lifted, and I felt as if I was born again.

I first wrote these words as a silent manifesto about truth, vulnerability, and connection. I shared them with Marol, who gave them music and space to breathe. His composition and production shaped a place where word and sound could meet.

This song carries a vow: to stay true, to remain whole, to let art witness healing. It is deeply personal — yet maybe it belongs to anyone who has ever missed themselves, and then found the courage to return.

The Quiet Manifesto

We welcome you to the journey within.

“Secret” began as a whisper in my own journey and grew into a shared truth.
It speaks of fear and love, of scars and trust, of stepping across the invisible line that holds us back.

Healing is not given by systems or authorities; it rises when we turn toward ourselves and one another.
We are not alone. We stand at a turning point – together.

For me this is deeply personal: I realized I am more than a name. I am a life force.
Not to be above anyone, but to live my truth and share it – as one voice among many, in hope that others recognize their own strength.

Produced and shaped together with Marol – from an experience that opened something deeper, beyond flesh and blood.
And in his words: “Stay true to yourself and others and let the healing begin.”

May this song be a hand on the shoulder, a light on the path, a wake-up call to remember: healing is real.

Wonder

Where Love Simply Is — a quiet interlude in the Virtues Series.

A song born not from intention, but from realization.
A moment of awakening — quiet, tender, true.

It appeared in the flow of life,
as if love itself had been waiting to be heard.
No virtue to define — only presence,
the still ground beneath all that moves.

This piece isn’t about longing or loss.
It’s about the calm that remains when everything else falls away —
the breath that stays when words are gone.

like an exhale that turns into light.

This song is about what no one sees —
the inner labor behind every word,
the quiet hours where truth takes shape.

I’ve learned that creation isn’t only in the sound,
but in the silence before it.
In healing. In feeling.
In daring to be the source.

The Invisible Work is my way of reclaiming that space —
where art begins long before the music plays.

“The Vessel” by KAT is not a song about withdrawal — it’s about return.

A return to the inner stillness that doesn’t need to justify, perform, or prove.
It is the sound of standing quietly in one’s own light — of being the vessel, not the explanation.

Soft ambient textures and warm vocals hold space for silence itself —
each tone a heartbeat, each pause a breath of presence.

This is where expression becomes essence.
Where the voice stops explaining — and starts being.

This Vessel

This is a recording of a set of singing bowls.  The root bowl is C#, the Aum tone or Earth tone.  The other bowls are harmonized with the Chakras in this scale.

These types of singing bowls have been used since ancient times in meditations and healing work.  They are traditionally made with 7 metals representing the 7 planets that the tibetan monks were aware of at the time.  The bowls produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones that affect body and mind on a deep level.  The bowl set here is based on the Earth tone.  This is also known as "Om" and is the calculated sound signature of the Earth as it travels around the sun. In Indian music this is also called the Sadja. The corresponding bowls were matched according to the Chakra system in Ayurvedic medicine.  This also corresponds roughly with the western major scale.
