Everything you hear in this was made from scratch.
The kick was put through the ms1's filter (with a low frequency oscillator, if you pay close attention to the intro, you can hear the filter sweeping) to make it sound the way it does, the snare was made by speeding up one of the songs from Fallout and applying distortion to it, the piano was made by sampling the piano from Billie Holiday - Easy Living.
