Explore the undefinable, otherworldly, esoteric genre known as fusion disco: a psychedelic and groove heavy journey on the forefront of the nu-jazz frontier tending toward a consciously experimental direction, a slinky, retro confection of irresistible grooving of a certain vintage. A well crafted ultra GROOVY slick project taking us back to a time when attention was paid to music, instrumentation, melody, rhythm, groove and SOUL!

Musician, DJ and Producer. Music has always been around Rafael Moraes life, either as a protagonist or spectator. His familiarity with  various rhythms and genres can be seen in his sets and productions, guided by his good taste and refined sound. Versatility and skills that allows him to transit in clubs worldwide.

Founder of the Sunday Sessions, member of Patuá DJs crew and a Yoruba Records artist, he can appeal to diverse audiences with his vast knowledge of Jazz, Soul, Disco, Latin, Afro, House and Electronic.In the studio, has worked with internationally renowned artists like Ron Trent, DJ Spinna, Osunlade, Karizma, Kuniyuki Takahashi and is part of Nomumbah alongside Ale Reis and André Torquato, with two albums and many Remixes and EPs released.
Music that has been released by major labels like Defected, Rebirth, Yoruba, Strictly Rhythm, Sonar Kollectiv, King Street, Get Physical, MoBlack and others.

His debut solo album Reconnection released on Yoruba Records featuring OVEOUS, Jesse Gannon, Capitol A, Nadirah Shakoor,  Aroop Roy, brazilian tallents l_cio, Vitor Lopes and Raul Mascarenhas got support and positive reviews of electronic music pioneers as Laurent Garnier, Vince Watson and Rainer Trüby.
During six years hosted the show Beats Eldorado on Eldorado FM, a reference for pioneering in its mix of various electronic genres and by interviews with major international names. This same approach can be listened today on his Nomumbah Radio Show every month on the leading edge My House Radio from New York.
Is the name behind Kizum Worldwide Radio that showcase weekly a variety of musical genres streaming on Twitch.tv/djrafaelmoraes, and the Italian House Nation Music.

Crossing generations on the dance floor, Tuca has played various roles in electronic culture. As a DJ, Tuca brings a unique personality to House Music, blending Soulful, Deep, and Tech nuances. He merges current trends with influences from the '70s, '80s, and '90s, creating a sound that is both mature and contemporary.
Tuca has performed alongside names like Afrika Bambaataa, Shan S. Kapela, Afshin Assadian (DJoon Club), Marky, Mochakk, and more. He has also graced the decks of major clubs in Brazil, including Laroc Club (Valinhos – SP), Caos (Campinas – SP), D-edge (SP), Lote (SP), Matiz Bar (SP), Bar Elevado Conselheiro (SP), Heavy House (SP), and Jerome (SP).
He was one of the founders of the ROTA 91 radio show, which has been on air for 29 years on Educadora FM 91.7 in Campinas, SP, paving the way for underground electronic music in São Paulo's interior. As a producer with 30 years of experience, Tuca has released tracks and remixes on various labels, gaining support from artists like Dany Cohiba, Mr. V, and DJ Chus. Since January 2016, he has hosted the weekly "New York Feelings" show, aired every Monday on New York City's Web Radio – myhouseradio.fm.
Since June 2018, Tuca has been responsible for the musical curation of the renowned Sala 575 Bar, where he blends Jazz, Soul, Classic Rock, and Underground House Music with fine dining and drinks. In August 2021, he took on the residency and musical curation for Saturdays at Galeria 1212 in Campinas.
In May 2023, Tuca joined forces with selectors Marcio S. and Mimi to form Tomba Trio, a project that embodies a passionate love for the art of DJing, from vinyl to digital, and the genuine warmth of a dance floor.
Now, Tuca presents his newest project: Bumba Music, a label created to celebrate the richness of Brazilian and Afro-Latin music, exploring rhythmic roots in their many forms. With Bumba Music, Tuca aims to bridge tradition and modernity, offering a cohesive and innovative curation that provides a platform for artists who share the same passion for House Music in its various forms. The label's debut release, "Anacaram" by Tomba Trio, is already gaining recognition, showcasing Tuca's commitment to quality and authenticity in every project.
