Acting in the hip hop scene since 1988, Cortecertu makes experimental beats. He is a contributor to the website Bocada Forte, the first hip hop website in Brazil, and produces beats for several artists in the alternative scene, including the band Decore.

Hello and welcome! I'm an independent composer, musician, music teacher and producer from Düsseldorf/Germany. I played guitar and/or keyboards in various (rock/prog/indie/fusion/whatever) bands for years. Now I spend most of my time hanging out in the studio, creating tracks for video and TV content. Trying to be versatile, mixing and matching all kinds of genres I like. And I still don't use gen AI for my music.

It was quite a long way to get to this place. But now I'm here. Just listen.

This is a solo project open to collaborations. 
Each collaboration provides different sound and mood to songs. 
Very strong collaboration with Pier8. Pier8 calls himself "campfire musician", but he's much, much more....

The project includes the art work of each release.

I am a guitar player and I only create "original" music no copies, and a lot of it is guitar instrumentals. I love creating music and playing guitar, especially. Metal, Hard/Rock, Soft/Rock, Blues/Rock, Southern/Rock, Alternative/Rock, Southern/blues, Jazz/Blues, Ambient/Guitar, EDM/Guitar, Hip Hop/Guitar and everything in between!
