This was the demo tape from the Midnight to 5 am show I did on 1470 CFRW Winnipeg that landed me a job at 580 CFRA Ottawa in 1976 where I was to remain for 12 years as "The Rock Jock" on the massively popular News, Information, and easy listening radio station.

People Helping People began as a radio show about addictions and recovery in 1995. 
Hosted by Mark Elliot, a certified addiction counselor and a recovering person himself.  The show was designed as a place where you could ask any question about addictions and alcoholism and provided a forum for people in recovery to share their experiences.
