Mirky and unsettling - the anger in the voice of the field recording is palpable and made all the more affecting by the well chosen and minimal sound design. The detuning and wavering tones that you set against the 'jump-out' percussion made all the more sombre by the subtlety and sparsity that surrounds. Powerful stuff..

Steve Vervaet sent this to me back in March 2023, he sent me his vocal and guitar on the same track, I added, the harmonies, drums, bass, and the guitar fills, and a bit of percussion.. I have it up on my K2 and the Four page.., this is just a remix since I’ve gone pro, ha! This was done before we incorporated him into the eclectic collective! Hope you enjoy it. I freaking love this tune.!
