Parafrase Before

This is a recording of Triplum by Louis Andriessen that I made after I met the composer. Louis Andriessen told me interesting things about tempi, dynamics and articulations. 

Triplum After

This is a recording of Parafrase by Leo Samama after cooperating with him. Leo Samama told me interesting things about musical characters and musical ideas. 

Parafrase After

This is a midi file of a composition I made for a wind octet in the 'master-student' concert series with oboist Alexei Ogrintchouk and at the time his student Arthur Klaassens. It was played in the Anton Phillipszaal and broadcasted on Radio West. It's based on a melody by Eric Satie from his composition 'Je te Veux'. The style is like a Brandenburg concerto by J.S. Bach and mixed with jazz-blues licks.

Je Veux Te Trouver(2014)

ABAKABA is a composition which I made during the NJO muziekzomer of 2016. That year ensemble Kluster5 collaborated with jazz pianist and composer Martin Fondse. In two weeks the ensemble composed a full concert program with performances in Arnhem, Nijmegen, Apeldoorn and Wageningen. This program has been played many times after in various concert venues throughout The Netherlands.
