Junior Empire today share ‘Decide’, the perfect follow-up to the infectious debut cut ‘West Coast’ which flew to Number 1 on Hype Machine, amassing over half a million plays across streaming services in its short two month lifespan.

'We wrote decide when we were in a period of uncertainty and confusion which sometimes feels like everyday.  It's about following the heart when your heads a mess'

The London based 5 piece band plan to release the EP later this year. Junior Empire is Jack Balfour Scott, Joey Arnold Zapata, Diego Belmonte, Hannah van den Brul and Jordan Grispino.

Matt Mereport emerged from the Manchester ship canal to set up home on a small wooded northern hilltop. Armed with a guitar, voice and electronics he creates what he refers to as “music” though many disagree with this tag. Sometimes it’s heavily electronic, sometimes it’s heavily acoustic. Sometimes it’s heavily weighted. It tends to change from day to day. Much like his socks.
