1uke is one of the co-founders of none/such and is based in Leipzig, Germany. Him and his label mate chlorine.de perform as Coaches in Trouble and are known for their passionate closing sets at the NONESENSE parties.

Die bildende Künstlerin, die 2018 mit dem Auflegen begonnen hat, hat sich einen Namen gemacht und in namhaften Wiener Locations wie Grelle Forelle, Werk oder Exil und zuletzt sogar im legendären Berliner Tresor aufgelegt. Born and raised in Vienna, DJ Hill has been wreaking havoc in her local club scene for some time now. The visual artist who took up DJing in 2018 made a name for herself, having played renowned Viennese locations like Grelle Forelle, Werk or Exil and recently even Berlin’s legendary Tresor. From melodic house to groovy techno, DJ Hill always delivers when behind the decks.

//Was bedeutet deine Musik für dich?//
Emotionaler Spiegel würd ich sagen. Alles elektronische muss mich irgendwie touchen, das Versuch ich dann beim auflegen weiterzugeben. So diese krasse euphorie die teilweise ein einzelnes Synthie in dir auslösen kann, die Energie und der Schub, die dir ne Kick oder ne fette Bassline gibt. Was ich sonst so höre (hauptsächlich HipHop/Rap& RnB) spricht mir eher aus der Seele/kann ich zu relaten. Or it has to make me bounce.

//Woher nimmst du deine Inspiration?//
Leute, die bestimmte Songs/Genres so krass fühlen inspirieren mich. Manchmal reicht da auch son cheesy YouTube Kommentar von Irgendnem 90er Jahre Raver-Hannes á la ‚They don’t make them like this anymore‘. Joa ansonsten wie die meisten auch: Partys, Freunde, Internet

//Was muss sich deiner Meinung nach an der Szene ändern?//
In Leipzig gibts so viel dieses DIY Ding, auch in der Party Szene. Viele Veranstaltende involvieren vor allem ihre Friends/Bekannte (als DJs, sonstiger Support an Bar/Einlass, als Ravende aufm Floor usw.). Wenn Deine Freundschaften jedoch hauptsächlich aus weißen Menschen bestehen, sind (das ist zumindest mein Eindruck) Partys oft nicht so bunt wie sie gerne wären. DIY und friends support ist mega toll, dennoch ist mehr Sichtbarkeit von nicht-weißen-Menschen mein Wunsch.

German Angst is a rather mysterious DJ-Team operating on the axis between the North Rhine-Westphalian art metropole Dusseldorf and East Germany's Electro capital Leipzig. Since 2019 the two DJs, which like to stay unknown, try to connect the dots between east and west - focussing on classic and real Electro from all over the world, played straight from wax.
