Nixxon's gloomy, cosmic electro slow-roller opens Mechatronica White 2, followed by the heavier sounds of West, driven by razor-sharp synth stabs, voodoo percussion and a colossal bassline to boot.

On the flip, Franz Scala meshes italo, acid and spacey synth grooves into two effective anthems for the floor, destined to move bodies and transport minds.

Why are there not more electroclash tracks made these days, you ask yourself? 
Well ask no more because Lunatic Records have dropped a track which comes straight from the most scenesterist of scenes, nasty analogue vibes clash with a killer beat, those distant distorted vocals which allow for just enough disorientation on the dancefloor. 
The EP veers into the industrial techno realm which is fine by us! En Direct's first solo foray into production reminds us of DJ Hell, Tiga, Miss Kittin and all the other classic tracks from between 2001-05 without ever swaying into cliche or pastiche or any other of those French words which as simply a byword for 'Passe'. Lunatic Records 6th release truly is the number of the beast. Do your self a favour, don't be unwilling.

Umberto is a project by Los Angeles based composer Matt Hill. Starting in Kansas City, 2008, he began by writing scores to films which only existed in the ethereal realms of his imagination, combining influences from horror films of the late ’70s and early ’80s with Italo disco and ambient music. 

Antoni Maiovvi is a producer born in Bristol (UK), now located in Berlin.
Under the alias Antoni Maiovvi he follows the inspirations of Obscure Disco, Synth Disco and Italo-Disco.
He is one of the founders of Giallo Disco.

Chris Davis the legend, one of the former creator and participant of West London cold wave electronic band Shoc Corridor, is now a protagonist of next release from super eclectic Electronic Emergencies imprint based in Rotterdam. Mr. Davis had created three original mixes which was supported by remixes from Dutch's Rude 66, Machinegewehr and Swede Yabibo Hazurfa. 
And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you. "Travelling Into The Abyss" - is a direct refutation of Nietzsche’s theory, six and the half minutes of self confidence traveling with the acid techno stalker who will lead you there , where the rays of light cannot protect you from the energy of the world of darkness. The Techmaridians were righteous beings, but before the mutation they lived their lives like hordes of others. As land-livers, they were outcasts, overwhelmed and oppressed by the bureaucratic systems that were supposed to protect them. As Techmaridians, they were gifted new strengths and physical abilities that distinguished them from any other known species, it was as if they’d been born again. They might have been turned into bottom-feeders, but they had been united and given a purpose. Their age had been established. 

‘Out Of Water Out Of Time’ comes from the Techmarine Bottom Feeders debut album, Boanerges and the Watery Deep. It’s the third instalment in their saga, as told by Paris The Black Fu and Luxus Varta. The duo use tense yet bubbling electro beats and synths, ominous pads, and haunting vocals, to tell the story of a race of beings that are forced to make the seas their home after genetically modified food mutates their DNA.
