Calling upon these angels to hold space for you now as you prepare to sleep. Allow their protective light into the room to protect the four directions of this room.
Take a moment to remember other archangels holding space for you.
Calling now Metatron from the Great Central sun who brings down a golden-white fiery grid into the room, into the space you are in. 
Take a moment to seal your resting space in this light. Calling that beautiful protective golden-white light in the walls around you. Just see that light beginning to form and spread in the walls to the floor beneath you and the ceiling above. Closing the space in light.
Calling now Sandalphon from the crystalline grid of the earth, who brings the grid of diamond-white crystalline light to support the physical structure you are sleeping in. Just allow now that diamond white crystalline grid to hold and ground the room you are in. As if your room could float on a beautiful grid of light.

Dreamstate Meditation: Access Higher Temples of Healing and Learning.

With actual NASA sounds from space, I invite you to relax to the vibrations of Earth and Saturn in this mediation that will take you on a journey from a shamanistic point of view. 

The intro is designed to get you into a much deeper state of consciousness quicker with some basic relaxation techniques of rolling your shoulders and some neck stretching...though not "necessary" to follow, it does help :) 

You will also enjoy the sounds of thunder and rain as a special blend of music awakens your Kundalini energy, leaving you feeling well grounded. 

The “base” or “root” chakra represents our connection with the earth. It can be affected by whether we feel safe, secure and rooted, or unstable and without solid foundations. It’s associated with our basic needs for survival.

For the most part, by the time we’re 5, we’ve decided what the world is like. For many of us, this involves some measure of fear.  Whether its from traumas and memories or just watching the news, we often learn to be afraid of life.

If we don’t feel safe, our adrenals and kidneys will be overtaxed, and we’ll be weak in the knees, and shaky in the hips and ankles.

Working with the root chakra can help you let go of subconscious fears that undermine you, and will help keep your body healthy on a basic level.

The road ahead is a long one, be patient with yourself.
