So we are at Day 4. Today's Frequency is 341Hz. The frequency of Heart Chakra. This is the center of Love, and Compassion. Center of connection with others and everything outside of us. Heart Chakra is the first one of the higher chakras. Lower chakras - Root, Sacral and Solar all deal with inner work, our inner energy. Starting from the Heart Chakra, our inner energy and vibration starts interacting with the outside world. And it starts with love. What you feel in your heart, it radiates outside. And we can not be affective in loving others, if we ourselves feel inadequate, incomplete and low. So it is very important to balance our lower chakra energies, which deal with self-esteem, feeling secure in ourself, and letting go of all the guilt and fear. And then as this strong energy moves up towards your heart chakra center, it starts radiating love. And love also starts with yourself first. You have to love yourself deeply and unconditionally, and fill it to the brim, and then loving others becomes effortless.  
Coming to sound healing part, we highly recommend that you start with lower chakras, and then move to heart chakra. As your lower chakras starts healing, it will be much easier for higher chakras to balance. The heart chakra frequency is 341Hz, and the color is green. When meditating with this track, visualize your heart filling with this green loving energy, and you breathe in and as you breathe out, visualize this green energy, radiating in and outside . Smile as you breathe out.

Wow.. That feels so good. Here is all the love and positive energy. 
To take your practice higher, incorporate seed mantra chant in your meditation routine. The vibrations of your own voice, are one of the most effective sound healing tool we all can use. Just keep your right hand on your heart, and chant YAM, pronounced as 'YUM' . Feel that vibration.

Welcome to Day 5 for NĀDA - 30 Day Sound Healing Journey. Today's frequency is 380Hz. The frequency of Throat Chakra. This energy center is our gateway to the communication with the outer world. And not just that, this is the vibrational center of your body.  

With the vibrations of your own sound has so much power, that it can help heal anything. To direct this energy from your throat chakra inside, hummm with your eyes, mouth and ears closed. It is also called "Bhramri Pranayam" 
If you are having a headache... just humm for 10-15 mins and headache will start disappearing. If you have throat pain, just humm.. and it will soothe your throat... And its the throat chakra vibrations at work, when gentle lullaby of mother helps soothes the child. 

Your throat chakra center has the power to heal other and yourself. So, be always mindful of how we use this center. A calming voice can help soothe other person, alter their own inner vibration in a positive way.

Healing throat chakra also cures shyness and stammer,  and other self-conscious behaviour which hinder us from communicating freely and authentically. 

The best way to heal throat chakra, is to practice gentle hummms along with this frequency. The good thing is we are all very connected to chakra. We can  easily bring our focus on our throat chakras, and also start to feel its healing benefits almost immediately. 

The seed mantra of Throat chakra is ::: you guessed it right ::: Hummm... or "HAM" pronounced as "Hum" ...

A : We always recommend that you listen to these sound healing tracks on speakers at low volume. Like any vibration to have its healing effect, it needs to interact with body and environment. Headphones do not allow that to happen. Traditionally, in ancient cultures using sound healing techniques, such as singing bowls, they were placed as close to the body for healing to happen. Headphones are a very recent invention, and human beings, our body and our environment has not evolved to interact with sound and vibrations in this way.
