Oakin a versatile DJ and producer with a wide range of Bass Music based in Nuremberg, Germany. From the deep sounds of Ambient Dubstep and Dub straight to the forward side of Dubstep, Breaks and Drum & Bass. With an experience of more than 20 years behind the decks and precise feeling for the vibe of the crowd he is prepared for every kind of setting with his own style of deep Bass Music. Music with soul & substance without genre borders.

Over the years he started producing his own tunes and released them on labels like Smallprint Recordings, WobWob, After Dark Music, Dank’n’Dirty Dubs and Surfase Records. His focus and passion is DJing and performing at clubs and festivals on proper soundsystems.

Obsessed with deep electronic music from an early age, Solace began passionately collecting vinyl. Over the course of the subsequent 3 decades he put this to good use on the turntables of underground clubs and festivals, at home and overseas. 

Today he creates mixes simply out of a love for music, and is completely immersed in the soundscapes of deep techno, favouring hypnotic, ambient, tribal, and dub influences.
