Bellis is a DJ originally from Zaporizhzhya, whose music career began in the Kyiv scene. She co-hosts the Hybrid Moment party series, which explores the darker side of electronic music, and runs the Inner Voyage show at 20ft, which aims to create a platform for artists and DJs to experiment in different downtempo genres. Inspired by post-punk, trip-hop and ambient and with a background in nu-disco and synth-pop, Bellis delves deep into the dark melodies of disco, the darker side of indie dance and avant-garde downtempo. Her selections are a symbiosis of powerful synthesizer parts, ethnic motifs and elusive vocal elements. This combination, according to the DJ, creates a sense of immersion that makes the experience she and the people on the dance floor have more intimate and profound. Although Bellis has just started her DJ career, she has already performed at venues such as Closer Connections, HVLV, Sloi, at Black! Factory at Closer, as well as at Berlin's RSO club.
