Originally a part of the LP "1to0", Ether Field was cut due to time constraint and was not meshing properly with the sequence of the record overall. So it was decided to be released as a single, as a "interlude" to set the stage for the LP to be brought in.

Using digital synthesizers and layering multiple tracks of reversed soundscapes captured by a simple microphone, Ether Field traverses on a journey through various moods that ultimately end in a swirl of pianos and harps.
