De meditatie van deze week helpt je wanneer je stress hebt van iets dat je moeilijk los kan laten. Je kent vast die situaties wel dat je iets zo belangrijk vindt dat je er stress van krijgt. Dat kunnen vervelende dingen zijn maar ook dingen die je eigenlijk heel leuk vindt en die je zo belangrijk maakt dat je er stress van krijgt. Je weet dan dat je de controledrang een beetje los zou moeten laten. Maar dat is moeilijk als het zo belangrijk of zo spannend voelt. Wanneer je probeert dit gewoon van je af te zetten, merk je dat de spanning onderhuids aanwezig blijft. Uitstelgedrag en nog meer stress zijn dan vaak het resultaat. In deze meditatie ontdek je een heel fijne manier om hiermee om te gaan. Probeer maar.

Voel hoe heerlijk je ligt, hoe je warm, ontspannen in een diepe slaap valt. Drijf in een veld van wolkjes de nacht in zodat je morgen weer helemaal helder en energie een nieuwe dag in kan gaan.
