This song is in the indie-electronic domain but has a certain jazz vibe with the bass. It has a not easily defined yet original flow and feel. An early morning walk in the woods can greet one with birdsong, pungent aromas, and sometimes enough silence in the spaces to hear music.  So it was for Seagull one early morning not long ago; a beautiful tune with the breath of eternity poured into his soul and knew it needed to be captured and shared.  What an honor that he asked me to contribute to his vision and to work again with Soundcloud's poet laureate Peter as he graces the music with his words and reading.

"Don't Go Back to Rockville" is a song by the American rock band R.E.M. Delivered by the band's vocalist Michael Stipe and released as a single in 1984, as well as appearing on their second studio album, "Reckoning” the same year. My friends, me at 16, an other hardcore musician people loved the record

The song's title refers to Rockville, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C., and the lyrics convey a sense of longing, regret, and the desire to escape from a place and situation. Michael Stipe mentioned in interviews that the song was written by Mike Mills as a plea to a special friend at the time, asking them not to return to Rockville

R.E.M. was formed in Athens, Georgia, in the early 1980s and became one of the leading bands of the alternative rock scene. "Don't Go Back to Rockville" is one of their notable early tracks and remains a fan favorite

This song is about Ingrid Schorr, a formidable young woman the band knew at the University of Georgia whose hometown was Rockville, Maryland. She got a lot of attention on campus as classmates lamented her departure

I'll finish E-Ruizzo project with a conceptual LP album: 4 songs about 'Arctica Point'. I imagined it amid rotation axis, geographic north and magnetic pole, and located it on dry land !! Then I draw the cover art.

This opening track tells the decision of leaving this annoying present by travelling to that magical place. 

Translated lyrics will explain it with more detail:

I am a frozen statue, watching seasons come and go, feeling changes, doing nothing, forever...
Last movement of the rock symphony, where I pay tribute to, and play, my mom's spanish guitar.
Main theme (bass E1-A1...E1-A1-E2...), appears all along the album, and also main themes of other 3 movements sound here as refrains (Vienen y van / Hora tras hora) which are thus sung over 4 different musics ;) E-Ruizzo project is finished, what's to come?... below translated lyrics.
