Our daily lives are made up of a balancing act: between the inner world we experience constantly, and the outer world of sensory input and expectation. Balancing our perception between these two worlds can be exhausting. There is a third perceptual space we can inhabit though, something that puts our inner narrative and the insistence of the outer world's expectations and demands on hold, something in the Center. 

This is a space in which you can just *be* exactly as you are. Sitting, laying down, walking, doing laundry, rolling on the floor, staring out a window... whatever you're doing, this music is an invitation into that third state. These four ambient tracks are intended to provide a kind of sonic landscape for you to explore the multiplicity of your existence, to find your feet and settle into the Earth, even if just for a few short minutes.
