I wrote this vocal melody for my dad, but ended up feeling like it would be better in a breathier, higher voice than my own, and I'm glad I went with the instinct. Its one of my dad's favorite songs of mine, and that's the highest praise there is.

this song is about my anxiety which is something i have suffered from for as long as i remember. recently, ive found ways to get around it and grow from what used to bring me down and i guess this is my "break-up song" with anxiety. da lyrics:
