Is this an issue that affects all employers? 
DB: I think it is. I think it is very difficult for an employer to recognise when someone is stressed because people come in to work and they put on a brave face. You can’t see it. You can’t see what’s behind that face. You really have to make sure that you know if staff are suffering anxiety or if they’re suffering depression.
