We thought its a good idea to launch a label, everbody does it these days, ok, follow them. A lot of details happened not exactly as planned, but it seems Complaint Kulture was born in 2021 and ready to provide future classics without the B sides.
MULYA is the type of producer can write the same track time-by-time again with little changes, Bella Fortima sounds as an exception for me. This is a very well done tune flying somewhere between business melodic and mexican freestyle, I can analyze the synths and drum programming deeper, but it might be boring these sunny summer days. It will burn the floor when you give it a chance, no question.
Aladar as a name sounds funny for the first hear, but Levente went ruthless on this 7:01 long journey. Low-down, scurvy (found this on g translate) tops and effects laying on a semi-soft kick surrounded by a lot of intelligent percussion parts, yummy. Don't forget to push the master tempo button on the cdj, because the track is 114 BPM only.

We are happy to announce the debut EP of the Rotterdam based contemporary artist and musician Silas Schletterer aka Machinegewehr. After his track ‘The Maze’ on a well received Lost Tapes Vol. 4, he is no stranger to the AEON camp anymore.
Known from his releases on Jennifer Cardini’s Correspondant and Amsterdams finest Bordello A Parigi, Machinegewehr delivers a strong 3 track debut EP with the title ‘Nutant’.
The EP kicks off with DeVilleneuve: 80's vibes are not new to the Rotterdamer, but for this track he tried something new. A dark approach yet joyful at the same time. A modern/ futuristic summer song about 2 lovers, that spend the most happy time together. For now and forever. “Life is so much better with your soulmate by your side...” Machinegewehr says and thats the message of the song.
Nothing less should be transported in the remix of the label boss Alex Niggemann. His ‘Blazing In The Sun Remix’ fully represents and lives up to the name. Happy sunny vibes inspired late 70’s Disco and early 80’s Italo a la Lime & Paul Parker, reinterpreted in a modern way. Probably the happiest song we have ever heard from Alex.
Clearly recognisable that „Down in the storm" was inspired by old school electro that uses space and trippy melodies to tell this adventurous story that keeps you focused from beginning to end.
Nutant, the title track comes closest to Machinegewehr signature sound. The classic Italo, 80's, Sci-Fi vibes, made for the dance floor. A track with lots of energy that will make you want to move, but at the same time lifts people up to follow this journey through space.
"When I finished this EP, I really wanted to look for a label that rhymed with the vibe of this new EP. As the 3 tracks are pretty different from each other, but together form an EP that to me feels new and original, AEON felt like the perfect label to me.“ Machinegewehr says.

San Francisco based record label Roam Recordings celebrates its 100th release with a compilation from beloved alumni and new artists offering original work spanning darker shades of disco, cosmic techno, psychedelic, and acid house. What started as a group of ravers in the mid 90s that roamed the countryside (mostly in the US, Canada, and Mexico) looking for parties has evolved under the direction of its boss Jason Peters into a record label featuring a diverse array of internationally known artists. The intent of the record label is to continue the journey in search of new sounds while honoring the past. The Roam 100 Compilation is a milestone in that journey. It has been arranged to be enjoyed from beginning to end and to be rifled through at will.

Turkish producers Ferruh Berk and Olgay Neke team up for their debut EP on My Choice Recordings with 2 original tracks and a remix from label boss SouveQ.

Rules Of The Disco Queen is a combination of complicated melodic bassline and a live guitar which drives melodies into evolving sound.

Entrée is a classic italo disco sound which would make you heat the night with bouncy bassline and arpeggios!

Last but not least the closing track is a remix for Entrée by SouveQ, who takes the original into a more clubby version with some additional arps.

French artist Captain Mustache lands on Canada's My Favorite Robot with an EP that features a high quality list of collaborators including Chicks on Speed, Mateo Murphy and Romina Cohn.

Captain Mustache is from Paris and has been toiling away on this project for many years.
