I spent a lot of time reading some of my favorite fiction spy novels by others like Jack Slater, James Rollins, and Saul Herzog.  But I also spent a good amount of time digging in on 2 books on health and how to optimize all areas of yourself to increase your quality of life.  Those 2 books are Life Force by Tony Robbins and Why We Sleep by Mathew Walker.
