With a shared love of electronic music but 2,500km separating us, we (GJART and BetaPSI) found each other online through AtomCollectorRecords.com. Sharing similar musical heroes, like Depeche Mode and The Human League, we quickly hit musical nirvana to create Fireproof. A homage to the electronic sounds of some of the greatest bands of the 80’s: Propaganda, Fashion, Siouxsie & The Banshees and the two above; it’s a song exploring unmet expectations of friends during difficult times.

It was born from a simple freestyle into my voice message recorder while I was stuck in the car.
It’s in the vein of late 90’s, and early turn of the century, hip hop that I grew up on. Just having fun dropping some rhymes. 
As I mentioned it was born in the car, but finished in my extremely talented friend Robins home studio, he magically turned it into a real track!

A full time, freelance children's book illustrator, introduced to Magix music making software in January 2014.  Haven't been near music production since school about a hundred years ago.  Can't play a note, and sing like a drain unblocking - Hence any music I may eventually have the nerve to upload is all created using midi/vst instruments playing compositions created in the piano roll editor.   The Magix forum dedicated to music production is the only place to suffer my creations so far.  Didn't realise it could be so much fun though.  Woohoo.
