Wood 1-3 Recorded on a Yamaha nylon string, played by self-made wood pick; Steel 1-3 recorded on a Baby Taylor acoustic steel string with i-beam pick up, Steel 1-3 originally created for a theatre performance in July 2008. The only preparation are wrapping wires and putting alligator clips on the strings, no effects applied except reverberation. syn loop added on Wood 2

I upload music for film/commercials. For inquiries and licenses contact me. I am a film composer born in Niigata, Japan. Music has been part of my life since an early age. I am interested in small moments, the subtleties of change, and using music to capture the essence of the fleeting moment. I find inspiration in nature, in quietly observing people and their interactions, in the beauty of sounds and in art. I am a multi-instrumentalist and compose in a wide range of musical genres, from classical to avant-garde, from organic and natural sounds to electronic music, from full range orchestral music to singular haunting melodies.

Dauw is a Ghent based tape label. The aim of the label is to combine the graphic work of Femke Strijbol and some music we like. We want to create an unique hand-made piece of art that flatters both the ear and the eye.

I tinker with musical toys. sometimes they behave and sometimes they don't. sometimes they run and tell lies to their mom about what I called them. in the end we always make up and laugh about it.

I release music as colab; through collaborations; and by remixing/producing other artists’ music from my home studio in Toronto, Canada.
