It is an immense pleasure to release UK duo @petraleksander's LP Collage! Written at the end of 2020 and recorded during the first days of 2021, the record delves deeper into the possibilities afforded by the pairing of their creaky piano with a string ensemble and subtle electronics. It's full of melody, soundscapes, romance and most importantly heart. It's been such a joy to collaborate with Tom & Eliot on this and we hope you relish in the music as much as we have. Klangriket - Björk (Jakob Lindhagen & Vargkvint Rework)

Written and recorded over 2 days in South East London, ‘Carried’ is a collaborative EP from violinist Fiona Brice, cellist Tony Woollard and composer/producer Jim Perkins. The project began as an antidote to the sometimes laborious academic tradition of composing, scoring, revising, rehearsing, recording, editing and producing music. 

Each piece was created without score or prior preparation, relying on instinct, discussion and collaboration, with a focus on capturing the energy and essence of an idea whilst it is still fresh. 

The result is a suite of 5 emotive, meditative and distinctive pieces combining drones, elements of minimalism and chamber music with textured harmonics and the occasional melodic line. ‘Carried’ honours the spontaneity and spark of a new idea and nurtures it, creating a deeply engaging and cinematic sound.
