The annual MAD Symposium in Copenhagen (MAD is Danish for food), is a platform that recognizes that the role of the chef is evolving and developing into a position of influence – one that impacts the manner in which people and food professionals consume and connect with food. Such responsibility requires education, an elevation of awareness and social maturity and the symposium is set up to accelerate and harness this new potential to make positive changes happen across the food industry and beyond, spreading our simple message as far as possible: delicious food can save the planet.


THE WANDERING WOLF is songwriter Yoni Wolf's ongoing collection of field recordings from the road, unscripted internal monologues, self-reflective moments, and in depth conversations with musicians, artists, comedians, and interesting people of all kinds.  These episodes stand to chronicle Yoni's life as a traveling bard and those he crosses paths with out there in the wild world.
