Mr.C - Shape Your Dreams

Mr.C started MCing in London clubs aged 16 working with LWR radio's Ron Tom, Jasper the Vinyl Junkie & Jazzy M. Mr.C then hooked up with Colin Faver & Evil Eddie Richards to became resident rapper at the legendary Camden Palace in London. Mr.C went into the studio to record his 1st house track with Eddie Richards as Myster-E which was released in August 1987. This inspired Mr.C to become a DJ so in September 87 he took to the decks. 
Mr.C has since organised, promoted & been resident DJ at: Fantasy ('88), Base (Dungeons '89), Release (91), Harmony (92), Drop (93), Cyclone (94), Vapourspace (94 & 95), Flavour (The End 95 & 96), Subterrain (The End 95 - 2002), Superfreq (Worldwide 2002 - Present), Super Disco Freq (LA 2010 - present), Next Step Forward Festival (Sept 2018). 
Mr.C was resident DJ every weekend (Friday & Saturday nights) at the legendary RIP parties at Clink Street in London throughout 1988.
Mr.C hosted weekly radio show Future Music on Kiss 100FM in London from 1993-2002 & has presented TV shows for MTV, FH1, VIVA & BBC. To say that Mr.C is one of the most iconic DJs in the world would be an understatement.
In December 1995 Mr.C opened the legendary nightclub The End in London & then AKA bar 3 years later & was lauded as one of the best night clubs in the world. The End & AKA closed its doors for good on January 24th 2009. 1 Chapter closes & another begins. Since the closure of The End Mr.C has been running his Superfreq events globally & is just about to host his brand new London festival, Next Step Forward Festival. 
Mr.C runs & promotes Superfreq events, which celebrated being 16 years old in March 2018 & ran monthly at Mr.C's club The End until it closed down in January 2009. Superfreq functions bi-monthly in London & does regular events in Los Angeles as well as bi-monthly events in Calais France & one off events the world over.
Mr.C is founder & owner of Plink Plonk records, co-founder of End Recordings & founder & co-owner of the Superfreq label, which is now releasing music prolifically.
Mr.C has recorded under the names, Myster-E, Unity 2, Nu Jacks, Bass Bureau, The Shamen, Mantrac, Somnambulist, Animus Amour, Killer Loop, Mr.C & Tom Parris, Mr.C & 16B, Sycophant Slags, Indigo Kidz & East LA Tek.
Mr.C is best known as front man, songwriter & producer of the pop group The Shamen with whom he notched up a string of top 10 hits including Move Any Mountain, Love Sex Intelligence, Boss Drum, Phorever People & the UK number 1 smash hit Ebeneezer Goode. These hits were hits the world over. The Shamen album Boss Drum went double platinum in the UK & they also won a highly coveted Ivor Novelo for Songwriters of the year UK in 1993. Richard's currently recording solo as Mr.C & is also doing collaborations as the Indigo Kidz with Affie Yusuf & with Noel Jackson as East LA Tek.
His latest album was released last year called Incidents, which is arguably his best work to date along with singles Stand Up, Shape Your Dreams & Ripple Effect all being taken from the album.

Nacido en Buenos Aires a principios de los 90', su primer contacto con la música electrónica fue gracias a su padre , escuchando bandas como Depeche mode o New Order y un poco más adelante la mítica radio Energy de Buenos Aires . En su adolescencia , al empezar a concurrir a diferentes fiestas y eventos , conoció el género techno gracias a artistas como Marcel Dettmann , Dave Clarke ,Richie Hawtin, Luke Slater ,entre otros tantos. Durante esta época concurrido al famoso club Cocoliche , ahí formó las bases actuales de lo que para él representa la música . En esta época también comenzó junto con un grupo de amigos a realizar sus propias fiestas y empezó a pinchar música en clubs de diferentes zonas de la cuidad . Con el correr de los años fue adquiriendo experiencia y formando un sonido, una selección musical y un estilo de mezcla particulares. En su carrera ha llegado a compartir cabina con artistas internacionales tales como Under Black Helmet, MARRØN , Gotshell y tambien renombrados artistas de la escena nacional como Sol Ortega, Mariano DC , Farceb, entre muchos otros . Cada una de sus presentaciones es única, buscando tracks acordes a cada ocasión.  Actualmente lleva adelante el ciclo No Rules , del cual tambien es residente , y dueño de Antares Records ,su propio label . 

Born in Buenos Aires in the early 90's, his first contact with electronic music was thanks to his father, listening to bands like Depeche mode or New Order and a little later the legendary Energy radio station in Buenos Aires. In his adolescence, when he began to attend different parties and events, he discovered the techno genre thanks to artists such as Marcel Dettmann, Dave Clarke, Richie Hawtin, Luke Slater, among many others. During this time he attended the famous Cocoliche club, where he formed the current foundations of what music represents for him. At this time he also began to hold his own parties with a group of friends and began playing music in clubs in different areas of the city. Over the years he gained experience and formed a particular sound, musical selection and mixing style. In his career he has come to share a booth with international artists such as Under Black Helmet, MARRØN, Gotshell and also renowned artists from the national scene such as Sol Ortega, Mariano DC, Farceb, among many others. Each of their presentations is unique, looking for tracks suitable for each occasion.  He is currently carrying out the No Rules cycle, of which he is also a resident, and his tracks are released on several national labels.

Ksea is an artist dedicated to creating moments of collective energy, where the dancefloor moves and feels as one. His sound is anchored in a deep & dubby bassline. orbiting that,  modern, spacey synths and evolving soundscapes, all blended with the magic formula of the ’90s and early 2000s tech-house era. Imperfect music full of character, depth, and undeniable groove.

Born in Sydney, Australia, Ksea has been a key figure in the city’s underground scene since 2016. From humble beginnings to becoming a regular headliner at some of Sydney’s most respected events, most notably SASH, he steadily carved out a reputation as both a DJ and producer.

His music began gaining international traction in 2021 with his breakthrough edit “My House” on Tamango Records (Italy). The track racked up over 50,000 plays in its first year, earning support from some of his biggest influences — Jamie Jones, Yaya, Rossi, Sidney Charles, and Luuk Van Dijk among others. This track put his studio work on the radar of DJs and labels worldwide.

In 2022, Ksea released two four-track EPs: “6 in the Morning” on Whoyostro and “Midrange” on Luvrhythm Records. In 2023, he worked with DWAAL on the single “You & I” and dropped his first 60-minute mix comprised entirely of unreleased productions. 2024 saw his continued partnership with Tamango Records, releasing “The Witch Doctor” alongside another exclusive hour-long mix of unreleased music on their mix series. During these years he would also release mutiple singles on various labels.

2025 was a notable year with a 4-track EP out on Australian label "Conspiracy". A particularly special EP with the title track "Earthling" was produced on his return home from Houghton Festival in the UK. At a stage called Earthling, he witnessed the power of music in all its glory, watching Raresh. This night played on repeat in his head until it became a track. Months later, it would receive support and be played by Raresh himself.

2025 marked a turning point with the release of a 4-track EP on Australian label Conspiracy. Its title track “Earthling” was born from a defining moment at Houghton Festival in the UK, a night at the Earthling stage watching Raresh, which replayed in his mind until it became a track. Months later, Raresh himself would support and play it, closing a full-circle chapter for Ksea.

In a scene often driven by algorithms and fleeting trends, Ksea remains dedicated to the love of the craft. trusting his sound, & striving to set the trends with timeless original music. With his presence growing across both physical and digital realms, March 2026 marks the start of his next chapter as he relocates to Amsterdam — a new home base where his story truly begins.
