Elegant Elephant by Elephant Gait Music presents DJ Hanoben aka Benji DF, who is Dj ing since his teens in the late 80s, Benji’s been involved in early german tech as well as several other electronic music genres, be it weirdo disco, italo, wave, goofball proto acid/house you name it.
With residencies in the mid 90s at Tresor and countless other Berlin clubs, you might nowadays find him doing his thing at places like Cocktail D'Amore, Paloma, Sameheads etc and sometimes in likeminded occasions around Europe.
He coproduced records on labels such as Laufwerk, Discos Capablanca, Duca Blanco with more craziness to come in 2022.
Benji is also part of the Mutant Radio community with his (i-)regular show „Radiowellen Für Mutanten“
He serves Elephanters show April edition with an extended mix of unclassic wave/kraut/ndw and beyond.
