Un mes más seguimos con nuestra cita mensual con la iniciativa CS XTRA, un proyecto que iniciamos en septiembre con la intención de lograr un apoyo económico que ayude a sustentar el trabajo que venimos haciendo en Clubbingspain.com ya que desde hace ya 1 año hemos perdido el 95% debido a que la mayoría venían procedentes de la publicidad que contrataban clubes y festivales y, como bien sabrás, ahora mismo no pueden ejercer su actividad de forma normal.

Al igual que en los anteriores anteriores hemos reunido cuatro producciones inéditas de artistas españoles y/o latinoamericanos que podrás descargarte y escuchar libremente si eres uno de nuestros suscriptores en Bandcamp. Si aún no lo eres y quieres serlo puedes hacerlo entrando aquí por un precio mínimo de 3,5 euros al mes. Estos temas nos los han cedido sus autores de forma desinteresada y no estarán disponibles en ninguna otra plataforma ni digital ni en streaming.

Este mes los protagonistas son un veterano de la escena electrónica española como es Rec_Overflow que nos entrega un tema bailable y colorido llamado Supernova. Other Properties, proyecto Juan Musik, cofundador de la extinta plataforma netaudio.es de Barcelona, especializada en netlabels y mitad de la banda de música Neukleonen en la que colabora teclados, sintetizadores, loops y vocoders y que nos regala un corte más introspectivo que el anterior titulado In Science We Trust. El tercer tema del tracklist es obra de Makuto, dj y productor de Terrassa fundador junto a Spear de la discográfica Arketip Discs que nos ha regalado un vibrante y oscuro tema titulado Spessartina. Y cerramos con otro tema de techno mental titulado Variante Inesperada que es obra de Mutech, productor del sur de España responsable de Simplex Records y que recientemente ha editado un EP en Unclosed Records llamado Electrotecnia Sonora.

Como en las anteriores ediciones, la portada es obra de Plástica, reputada diseñadora gráfica gallega, que además de la imagen del lanzamiento tipo CD nos ha confeccionado otra con las medidas tipo póster para quien quiera imprimirla y colgarla en la pared.

After a several years break, Simplex Records come back with a new monographic music catalog called [HIDDEN] where the label will release the work of the emergent Spanish Techno Artist known as Hidden Selector. Epic melodies and arps, killer rolling basses, classic drum beats, modern trance sounds are the main ingredients of the recipe that the artist will offered in this label. Enjoy with the first release [HIDDEN001] titled “Synthetic Nature”.

Also the label released the last month another new monographic catalog titled [MUTECH] where you can find a more experimental techno records signed by the label owner Mutech. A project based on the use of analog devices of the popular “Eurorack Modular” format for creation out of the box, where you can hear the result of the sound research developed by the artist during the last years, collecting and working with different tools and sound devices and learning  different sound design techniques. [MUTECH001] titled “The Wave Digger” is available in digital format in the main online stores.

New release of Simplex Records, this time with the second reference of Mutech, in which the artist wanted to pay a small tribute to a very special moment of his life. Analog sound developed entirely with modular synthesizers where an arpeggio and a polyirithmic bassline converse along a passage of marked melodic character, which shows another face of the artist, with which he expresses his experience and mood after pregnancy and birth of his first son. Mastered by Pheek in his studio in Montreal, where the Canadian artist collaborates and finishes bringing out all the brightness and potential of Mutech's sound arsenal.
