Duro starts the year by the bonfire with 'Piel de Oso', the first collaboration between two beloved in-house artists, Theus Mago & Tyu, and the Spanish rapper, Livia. The cut is abetted by two remixes, the first one comes from Israelis sidereal groovers, Rina X Benji. The second one by the loco weed brothers, Moisees & ZEA, a saiko rebajado track.

The opener is the original cut, an opiate and hypnotic track where Livia's flow is diluted with spirited Latin percussions, a bouncy bass, recondite and baffling melodies creating shadows between fire and smoke. Fresh from smashing the dancefloors across the globe with the genius Switchdance collaboration named 'Reak', Rina comes back to Duro alongside Benji. Cut where the duo accelerate the rhythm, creating a percussive and dreamlike night journey where animals and machines dance to the rhythm of drums and flames. 

At dawn is the version shaped by ZEA and Moisees, a cut with vocals distorted, taking Livia's voice to a Voodoo and wild spectrum. A wide bass line, accompanied by astral synthesizers, arcane melodies and acid sounds.

‘Flat Reality’is SomehowArt’s first release for Melting Records and his debut solo album on vinyl. Its nine tracks provide a sharp glance into his world, filled with DJ-centric rhythms and mind-blowing tones harking back to the ’90s golden age of the Mo’Wax and Cup Of Tea labels. A couple of highlights are the melancholy “You Broke My Heart” -which features lovely guitar, piano, and horn lines in contrast to its pounding breakbeat -and “Where Is The Morning Sun”, which gives the listener the feeling of being unstuck in time with its anachronistic touches. A pair of fine guest vocalists make appearances, too: Calmdown, a Greek singer living in Berlin lays down some seriously gorgeous vocals for the languid “Another Day”, and the UK-based female rapper Lady Paradox represents her unique flow on “Thoughts For April”. In total,‘Flat Reality’ is a shining accomplishment for SomehowArt, transmitting his reflective inner vibe to nodding heads worldwide.

PIEK is one of the most restless and prolific artists to have emerged in Spain in recent times. Nacho has turned his hometown of Elizondo into the headquarters of his own kingdom, built on good vibes and expertise. His passion for dance music is varied and eclectic, with a precise and selective mastery of a multitude of styles.
You’ve been listening to PIEK for longer than you think. A record collector since childhood, a DJ with over 1,000 gigs in his 20 year career, and a producer with releases on prestigious labels like Fabric, Balance, Defected, OM Records and, more recently, Toy Tonics or Ubiquity.

Named “artist to watch” by the SoundCloud team in 2013 and awarded “Album of the Year” by DJMag Spain in 2017 for Despertar—an album also recognized as one of the most important Spanish records of the decade by the influential YouTube channel Music Radar Clan. He’s also a seasoned music producer for advertising agencies in cities like New York and Hamburg, with music featured on TV, radio stations, clubs, festivals, and events like the Latin Grammy Awards.

Since 2023, he’s been running his own label alongside Rapha Mundi: Buenobueno Discos. Through this imprint, he unveiled “Celebrate”—his highly anticipated second studio album, showcasing a bold evolution of his sound.
