What a great track Nadine, i really like the combination of the Folk/Irish Melody of the song combined with the driving electric guitars, Jordan's vocals are a touch operatic and very reminiscent of Nightwish, The violin solo is totally inspirational overall a brilliant song great lyrics, amazing performance by all, Kudos to you and your collaborators.Johnny

"Pyromancer" is a fiery folk metal song about the conquest of a medieval fortress. Can something be more metal than fire, magic and a heavy wall of guitars?!

This song is what happens when weird ideas come to another and bring people together. The catchy melody longed for a hurdy gurdy and heavy guitars.  Jordan's power metal falsetto brought my pen and paper inspired lyrics into life. A rough demo of us two summoned Stephan and Simon, who handed in plenty of bass, mandoline and guitar takes. Ben had an idea for a violin solo I could never think of. We ended up writing and recording a metal song that may never existed, if we took ourselves too serious. We already had a videoclip in mind, but I grabbed my graphics tablet instead and drew the pyromancer with that evil grin on his face. 

Thanks for the joy you've brought to me. I hope you enjoy the song as much as we do! We wish you a happy new year - and now let the pyros go off!
