Live recording of the Mount Olympus Waters String Quartet premiere April 9th 2014. Im not a big fan of plastic water bottles, but live your truth. 

premiered 4 days after the 20th anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death, the title is a reference to the conspiracy theory that Kurt Cobain did not commit suicide, but what actually murdered by Courtney Love. According to the theory, Kurt had three times the lethal dose of heroin in his system when he died, making it impossible for him to have put the shotgun into position and then pull the trigger, as he would already be dead.

Christian Asplund (amplified viola) and I, up to our usual tricks on Sat., Jan. 10, 2015.  Ye olde Madsen Recital Hall.  I'm digging the alternate tuning he's got on that C string, and really like the way this turned out in spite of the fact I couldn't hear what the heck I was doing.  That probably made it better.  :)
