This is the original rehearsal track and is an outpouring of pure stress and frustration I was feeling with myself about my life as I remember it especially, with being an older woman whereby you could be loved, appreciated, revered, and overlooked all at the same time.

I first began singing spirituals in my early twenties, even though I recorded monologues I never captured myself singing because it would emerge so uncontrollably 

My vocal harmony's history and influence is something in a way I cannot even remember as something learned. Our christian sabbath worship began at sunset on a Friday. My late parents would lead us in worship by reading scriptures, playing instruments, and singing hymns, with a little direction we all sang different parts of a hymn my parts, I sang alto at the time in my twenties I took singing lessons to learn how to sing, with a special interest in soprano.

Once I began learning how to use digital audio workstations, I couldn't get enough of stacking vocals whether it sounded good or not, scream, shout, anything. I enjoyed playing with range, and tone harmonious or not.

The first shrill heard at the beginning of the track was inspired by the sound of emergency vehicle sirens heard often in the area I live in.

Born in Parsons Green grew up on Halford Rd in Fulham London SW6 UK 1965

I attended Fulham Nursery then Primary School until 1976

Attending Mary Boon Secondary School for Girls in West Kensington W14 until 1982

I learnt folk guitar at beaufort Primary School attending evening classes with my late Mother God Love and Keep her Soul that was one of my secular music influences outside of traditional hymns. I began writing my own songs as a child. Performing at school and church. 

Home life was strict, though I started out as a sickly child. I grew into a tomboy geek who loved riding racer bikes, plane watching, and airports locations.

My late mother insisted I gain some form of secretarial training to fall back on, which I did by taking office studies at South Thames College  Putney SW15 1983

I left home at 17, helped out by older siblings. 

All our early lives as a family was very abusive making us a family of abused and abused.

My late parents were very religious and became converts of the Seventh Day Adventist Religion. They worked hard to make sure we all had the privilege of learning an instrument, as a mother, I made sure that legacy continued.

In 2015, I self-published my first eBook of poems, which grew into the Natural Flowism Book Series. 

By 2016, I began buying  distributions plans to distribute Monologue Albums:1st: Behind the Scenes of Freedom 2nd:Enough both were simple format recordings recorded on my Laptop Voice Recorder before finding the confidence to release music my 1st Ep: Bad Guitar in 2018, 2nd Ep: Blind Fingers and my Ears [B.F.A.M.E] Heavy Improv' Journal  in 2019, and a growing number of singles, and in house monologue and music radio podcast styled shows for my website.


My main influences and genres are rooted in my initial introduction to music, which began with christian sabbath worship traditional hymns. Secular influences started with nursery rhymes, then military band, followed by folk guitar, boogie, country, and eventually pop, rock, soul jazz funk rare groove.
