▶ eveava's sound embodies her adventurous spirit. Her fresh approach to crafting her sets involves unearthing songs from older eras and artfully blending them with more contemporary or futuristic sounds. Whether it's dropping a bolero from the 30’s before an Aphex Twin track and then following it up with an amapiano gem, or a rare Bowie acapella sample, eveava's eclectic selection is an open relationship between the past and future, the groovy and edgy, the organic and the machinelike.

She's shared the booth with a diverse range of artists, including  DJ Tennis, Whitesquare, Perel, Axel Boman, Floating Points, Nicola Cruz, and Pantha du Prince.

Both in the studio and on the stage, eveava consistently pushes boundaries with a sound that is deeply personal and highly danceable. Her unique style strikes the perfect balance between introspection and celebration, connecting with listeners on both intellectual and visceral levels.

eveava was born in Medellin, Colombia and is currently based in Berlin, where she is pursuing her master's degree in Visual & Experience Design while finishing work on her debut EP.

-DJ since 2000, started off with weekly shows on the local high school radio as a reggae DJ.
-Formed artist collective "Sheik N Beik" and started promoting and DJing weekly house & techno events in NYC in Feb 2008, regularly every Thursdays at various lounges and clubs in the city, and roughly twice a month on weekends at warehouses generally in Brooklyn but sometimes in Queens and the Bronx, as well as monthly shows on Daiikon's Basic.ch Internet Radio in Switzerland, one of the first and oldest Internet Radio Stations focused on alternative music.
-2010, first release on Biatch Corp Recordings compilation "Auditoria", track called "Slurpy" with FoNG aka Ray Rose from Sheik N Beik collective.
-April 2014 started Sheik 'N' Beik Records, vinyl first then digital.
-May 2015 founded Soundslinger, the event production company behind the cult Florida camping only Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival.
-Currently sitting on tons of unreleased music, ready to see the world very soon.
