About Bigasti

Bigasti was born in the eighties and developed his passion for music during his childhood and by playing the drums with his brother.
Without musical education but driven by his sheer interest in electronic music he started around producing in 2013 – an appreciated contrast to his daily routine in the office of a multinational cooperation. This was the year the project “Bigasti” was born. Since then, he spends a lot of his spare time producing.
He takes his inspiration from nature and wild areas. His fascination of mystic nature sceneries is reflected in his dark melodies and mellow beats integrated in a unique atmospheric style.
In summer 2015 and together with his Swiss Friend Floloco he started Schirmchendrink, a quickly growing electronic underground music podcast and soon record label.

This Mix is inspired by recent travels in beautiful Zimbabwe with the wonderful Ash. A country definitely for visiting :)

ZIMBABWE

When music lovers think of Dance, saloons, and honky tonk influences aren't known to flash to mind.  

Leave it to French artist Nelson Leeroy to turn expectations on their head, coming full-force with his creative skill in his addictive new single “Imagine a World Ft. Elahyka”, where the dance beat melds with harmonica, honky-tonk piano, Western Tremolo guitar and Nelson's signature deep-voice all delivering a message of ecological sensitivity, promoting veganism, and an overall world without cruelty.  

Backing up Nelson on co-vocals is young star Elahyka who definitely leaves her signature on “Imagine a World” as well, is something of a celebrity having made a good showing on the 2012 television program “The Voice France” in 2012 at just 17-years-old.

  All signs are pointing to it being a very strong potential hit in the dance environmentalism scene and beyond.

“I was definitely trying for a different feel with 'Imagine a World' and I think it delivers,”  commented the French artist.  This is an important message so it deserves to be backed by a song that inspires real joyful emotion from listeners.”

With antispecism and a peace and love spirit spreading through the international dance scene all eyes are on the reception of “Imagine a World” and what the furiously creative Nelson Leeroy may have in store next.
