Also this year 2020 the Piano Day  has arrived; but this year is particular  because our world is struggling and for once the battle is not of men against other men but of men against an illness. I decided to compose a simple music, made of sound but also of silence, the soundtrack of a reflection and a contrasting feeling that currently inhabits my thoughts.

What encounters you're going to have when you pronounce "Abracadabra!" and find yourself in the magical land "behind the mirror"? This must be the most jazzy track of the upcoming album - Hang-driven, arranged with piano, cello and vocal. This is also one of three tracks where the vocals are mine (on all other tracks the vocals are by the award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter Alexa Ray).

I hope you will enjoy the music along with this timelapse of the artwork being drawn by the talented Anastasia Frenkel. She drew artworks for every single track of the album - we will release it on CD with the booklet of all her drawings.

I must also thank all the participating musicians: 
- Phil DiMercurio (aka PdubJamz) for his drums and percussion truly transformed the album.
- Yamaha Artist Yoed Nir for the wondrous cello.
- Producer of several Grammy-nominated artists, Matthew Shell, who supervised mixing & mastering of "Abracadabra!", Erik Fredriksen for mixing and Steven Vagovics for mastering.
