Nightmare On Wax's "Tour of Freedom" Mix

I made this mix after my interview and conversation with Ralph Moore for Mixmag, and it's inspired by lots of the music and references we were discussing. I wanted to do a mix for Mixmag you wouldn’t usually get going through soul, funk, reggae, disco, R&B and house. All the songs are tunes I’ve been digging this past year during the pandemic. I had a lot of fun digging records for this mix and recorded it live in my studio The Other Ship in Ibiza.

Solid Steel in association with Serato (26th February) In Hour 2 we welcome Pedestrian with a mix celebrating the Circadian Rhythms EP, which is the debut release on the Dama Dama label co-founded with Maribou State. Tracks from the EP feature in his mix including the track JNT featuring Maribou State, plus music from Bastien Keb, Bonobo remixed by Falty DL, Gold Panda, Move D, Radiohead and ending with the moving, not to mention rare Mississippi Mud by Black Blood & The Chocolate Pickles.
